Free tier
The Free tier has no fees and therefore no refund applies.
Paid plans
- You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current month remains active until current period end.
- Refunds for the current month are available within 7 days of payment if you have not exceeded 10% of your plan's daily quota.
- Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
How to request a refund
Email billing@cloudtechsolution.co from your account email with the invoice ID and reason. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.
