Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CSC API service operated by the CSC API team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or sending requests to the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

CSC API provides programmatic access to geographic data — countries, states, cities, and related metadata — through HTTPS endpoints documented at /docs.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
• You must not share your account with others outside your organization.
• We may suspend accounts that exceed plan quotas, abuse the API, or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or proxy the API in violation of plan quotas.
• Do not use the API for unlawful purposes or to send malicious traffic.
• The Free tier requires attribution; paid tiers do not.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Plans are auto-renewing. You may cancel anytime; on cancellation, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current period.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime (99.99% for Business). Refer to the status page for current operational status.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
